Hi, I’m Lisa Natcharian, M.Ed.

(also known as a clever girl, curious crone and solver of mysteries!)

I launched ThriveMind Gifted Coaching after years of struggling to find my place and my people.  After I finally identified the obstacles that were preventing me from achieving the level of success I expected from myself as a gifted adult, I realized that I could turn my insights into actionable strategies to help other gifted adults embrace their quirks and unleash their genius.   That’s when my simple 5-step transformation strategy was born.

Through my own tumultuous journey, I stumbled upon the realization that my gifted traits were not a liability or something to be hidden, but rather, assets I could leverage.  I also discovered that when I stopped trying to fit myself into other people’s expectations, and really leaned into my gifted quirks, odd interests and unusual characteristics, I was not only more successful, but much, much happier.

After several unpleasant job experiences that left me feeling disconnected and self-critical, I began to feel like a failure. I couldn’t understand why someone who had had such a promising start as a gifted child could end up bored, unfulfilled, and lacking the level of success everyone had always expected of me.

Despite being a standout performer at work, I felt stifled, misunderstood and micromanaged by colleagues and bosses who couldn’t keep up with the pace of my work and idea generation. Why was I having so much trouble fitting in?

It wasn’t until I realized that it wasn’t me, it was the jobs that I was trying to shoehorn myself into that I was finally able to transform my mindset. I discovered the power of reframing past labels, embracing my authenticity, and putting myself in situations where my gifts were actually appreciated and useful.  I leaned into being ALL of myself, proudly and without limitations, and threw myself into creating a space that included everything that made my heart sing (also known as everything, everywhere, all at once 🤣)

Along the way, I discovered the power of community and of surrounding myself with creative people  … and that’s what ultimately brought the spark back into my life.

As Trent Shelton once said, “There’s someone out there right now who is waiting for you to step into your gift.”

Armed with a B.A. in Psychology, an M.S. in Mass Communication, an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology with a focus on gifted education, and a Life Coaching certification, I have honed my knowledge and expertise in the intricacies of giftedness. My journey includes experiences as a teacher, gifted enrichment instructor, and gifted parenting coach, and I’m also a serial entrepreneur who has launched a handful of independent creative businesses.

Are you ready to embark on a transformative journey with me?  Together, we’ll heal old wounds, challenge false labels, reframe your perception of your unique gifts and quirks, and find the path that will finally lead you to success and happiness. I’ll show you the steps to reach that new path, and support you as you find your purpose, unleash your creativity, and build a fulfilling life that makes a positive impact on the world. Let’s unlock your brilliance together!
